Troubleshouting

• You log in with your Email login, which may differ from your Email address. The Email login consist of your username from Virtual Campus plus suffix @munich-business-school.de 
• You password stored in Virtual Campus and Office 365 my be out-of-sync. Please proceed as follows:
  1. Log in to Virtual Campus
  2. On the top right corner, click your name
  3. Click "Change password". You may re-use your old password. It is only important you complete the change-password-process.
• You do not receive the Email with the Teams link: please use my installation documentation.
